The private study rooms are three rooms that can be reserved for group study or as a quiet study space.
Private Study Room 1 and 2 are located in the Frohring Library and are two partitioned rooms where small groups can meet. The two rooms are not completely separate.
Private Study Room 2 is equipped with a TV set.
Private Study Room 3 is located next to the Study Area in the Guarini Campus. After reserving it, users have to collect the key to the room at the Circulation Desk. When leaving, the room must be locked and the key returned at the Circulation Desk.
To make a room reservation:
- Choose the day you would like to reserve in the calendar, then click on the room and time on the grid to begin making your reservation.
- You can click several boxes per reservation (each box = 30 minutes), up to a maximum of 3 hours per day.
- You will be asked to enter your name and e-mail address when submitting your reservation. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details about your reservation and a link that you can use if you want to cancel it.
- If you need to cancel a reservation, please do it in advance.
