The Frohring Library offers students different spaces for individual and group study.
Private Study Rooms 1 and 2: the rooms fit 1 to 2 people. Students can reserve a room up to 2 hours per day per person.
G.L.1: the room fit 3 to 6 people. Students can book it only on weekends up to 2 hours per person per day.

Private Study Rooms rules:
- Keys can be borrowed only by the person who created the booking.
- Do not lock yourself in the room.
- Lock the door and turn the lights off on your way out.
- Return the keys at the Welcome Desk on time: after 15 minutes from the due date, the system generates a € 0.50 fine per hour.
- In case you need to extend your booking, talk to the library staff first.
Booking cancelations:

Remember to cancel the booking if you can't show up to allow other students to use the Study Room.

The booking will be cancelled if the user doesn’t show up after 15 minutes.

The library reserves the right to ban users from using the Study Rooms up to two weeks if they don't show up for three consecutive bookings without canceling.
